  • The sunny school building of Drita is situated near the Vitosha Mountain /2120 meters high/. It is only 30 minutes away from the city center of our capital - Sofia, and 100 meters from the lift to the top of the mountain. It has a picturesque view and calm atmosphere.

  • The students study in 15 spacious, comfortably equipped classrooms and studies. In the modern computer study with an INTERNET access they attain proficiency in the use of new technologies and ways of communication.

  • The healthy and balanced meals are prepared in our canteen. The school transport takes the children from door to door. In their free time the students may use the school library, the gym and the playgrounds.

    All this comes to make both parents and children secure and at ease.

    What do we offer for the summer?
  • We offer a variety of weekly summer courses, which include workshops of iconography, land art, pantomime and traditional and modern dances for children from 10 to 16 years old. The courses are combined with research work in the field of the nature science, natural history, cross-country, mountain expeditions, alpine climbing, social activities and excursions. All the courses are in English.
  • If asked in advance Drita School can also offer a choice of English language courses on the place of the workshops. You may choose a course from a variety of levels - from beginner's to advanced. There are 12 hours per week.
    A certificate of attendance will be issued to every participant.

  • All groups are of minimum 10 participants. One adult to every 10 children comes for free. The summer courses are from the 16th of June till the 10th of September.

  • The accommodation is in a new hotel in Simeonovo - 3 stars, with a restaurant, a cafe, a sauna and a sports center. All rooms are with two beds The meals include breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks.
