Upper Secondary School - Education
The students are divided into three departments:
Language Department
Main subjects:

Second foreign language - 556 classes in grades ІX - XІІ
Bulgarian - 788 classes in grades ІX - XІІ
IT – 216 classes in grades ІX - XІІ
Students of this department sit for Anglia Examination Syndicate Exam (AcCEPT Proficiency Level). The certificate is internationally acknowledged and gives the opportunity to study and work in an english-speaking environment.
Mathematics and Physics Department
Main subjects:
Mathematics - 896 classes in grades ІX - XІІ
Physics - 726 classes in grades ІX - XІІ
Bulgarian – 788 classes in grades ІX - XІІ
IT - 407 classes in grades ІX - XІІ

Biology and Chemistry Department
Main subjects:

The work is structured in such a way that it suits the following requirements:
- Competitive education;
- High criteria of control and assessment;
- Various techniques and methods of teaching;
- Interdisciplinary connections;
- Obligatory acquirement of the school’s academic minimum (if student’s results are below Very good 4.50, he/ she cannot continue his studies at “Drita”;
- School tests at the end of the term and the school year;
- Individual work with students who show results higher than average;
- Special tests provided by the Ministry of Education;
- Professional and career advice;
- Individual and group work on school projects and research work (at least twice a year);
- Use of modern technical equipment for the students’ training and individual work;
- Providing possibilities for communication and interaction with peers and teachers and chances for positive fulfillment of the potential.
